Virtus Pro victorious in the 2017 Las Vegas Dream Hack Masters

The 2nd CSGOP Major championship of the year is now done and dusted and entered into the record books. They will show that Virtus Pro managed to clinch the Major by overcoming the gritty SK Gaming.

They have long been one of the very best teams that the game has ever seen and they re-affirmed this with a dominant display throughout the majority of this event. They also are one of the most longest serving rosters in the sport today, which is why they seem to almost telepathically click with one another and know what each other is thinking half of the time.

The DreamHack Master was being held in the MGM Grand Garden Arena and it was the site for this great victory.

After having a very tough loss in the first major of the year, the ELEAGUE event, they were able to bounce back this week to come out on top.

The Grand final saw them defeat the SK team 2-1. The Brazilians were the ones to set the initial pace as they claimed the first match 16-8, but Virtus Pro managed to win both Train at a scoreline of 16-11 and Mirage by 16-13 to claim the title for themselves.

They had even overcome Astralis, one of their main rivals in the game earlier during that day. This was a rematch of the first Major event of the year when Virtus.pro narrowly missed out on a victory.

Fans of the Virtus.pro organization need not be worried as they allayed any fears by comprehensively defeating their age old rivals, as well as comfortable winning the Grand Final in the end. It is an exciting season ahead in the world of CS:GO.
