One of the leading teams in Turkey “Space Soldiers” has managed to secure the signing of Bugra “Calyx” Arkin. He had bene a member of the Dark Passage Team until all of the players on the roster had their contracts ended towards the end of last month.
All of these players are now available on the free agent market, so a number of teams have been looking at making potential acquisitions to try and bolster their line-ups.
In an interesting twist, the Space Soldiers team decided that none of their existing roster members were going to be released, instead Arkin will be the 6th member of their team and they can then switch around depending on the tactical situation that arises in any given event.
Arkin was part of the Turkey team that managed to capture the TWC trophy last year. 3 of his teammates in that team are members of Space Soldiers, they team has signed with.
This means that there is obviously some good chemistry between them and this bodes well for the organisation going into the future.
It has just been announced that they picked up the 5th player of this team as well, Engin “Maj3r” Kupeli, so effectively this is the national team.
In other news in the world of CG:GO movers and shakers, CLG have removed Subroza from their roster. This decision was made out of the blue and was a reaction the player having to go home for a few days due to personal reasons. He has been accused of cheating in the past but there are no reports that claim this is associated with him being dropped.
